Electromechanical Technician

PRINCIPAL / JOB PURPOSE

Ensures operation of machinery and electrical equipment by completing preventive and predictive maintenance requirements. And provide electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics, perform repairs to process machinery, equipment and controls, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and other electrical related systems

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Able to understand PLC logic and troubleshoot to improve machine performance.
2. Provide routine and preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to production equipment.
3. Proficiently utilize a wide variety of tools and instrumentation such as personal computers, DMM, ammeter, oscilloscope, hand tools, power tools, and predictive maintenance tools
4. Conduct and document activities on a variety of technical tasks such as assembly, disassembly, fabrication, test, and calibration of electronic and mechanical systems
