Electronic Engineer

Tilco Technology Lab is seeking a motivated and innovation-driven Product Development / R&D Engineer (Electronics) for a full-time, on-site position. This role focuses on the research, design, development, prototyping, and testing of smart consumer electronic products from concept to production.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, technically strong, and passionate about developing new technologies, improving existing products, and solving real‑world engineering challenges through hardware and firmware innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, and development of new smart electronic products and product improvements.
• Design and develop embedded firmware for microcontroller‑based systems using C/C++, including real‑time functionality, peripheral drivers, and communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, and UART.
