Electronic Engineer - Supplier Optimization

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**



**Supplier Management & Development**



+ Collaborate with suppliers to develop cost-effective and technically optimized manufacturing solutions for electronic assemblies and products.

+ Evaluate supplier capabilities and performance, focusing on SMT, PCBA, testing, and assembly processes.

+ Lead improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance quality, throughput, and cost competitiveness.

+ Partner with Commodity Managers to align supplier capabilities with long-term business needs.

+ Identify, evaluate, and qualify electronic contract manufacturers (ECMs) to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base.

+ Conduct supplier audits and technical capability assessments to verify readiness.
