JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible to ensure machines are operated at optimize/ reliable condition, by developing and executing proper preventive and predictive maintenance. He is also responsible to achieve Maintenance KPI in term of % downtime and mean time between failure (MTBF). Responsible for emergency unplanned breakdown and provide technical solution. Responsible to analyze the replacement of machine part and spare part stock availability, ensure critical spare part or frequent change spare part stock is available anytime for any emergency unplanned downtime / planned maintenance. He must ensure all repairing / upgrading jobs are carried out under safe condition, which will not create any unsafe act or unsafe condition to himself or others. He will assign to supervise a team of technician and ensure all tasks assigned are completed in timely manner.
