Electronic Monitoring Video Analyst
Role type: PermanentPart-Time, 32 hours per week
Location: Wellington City
General Salary Range G: $67,658 - $78,771 depending on skills and experience, pro-rated for part-time hours
About the Role - Kōrero mō te Tūranga
An important role, as an Electronic Monitoring Video Analyst (EMVA) you provide support to and are part of the audit process of fishing industry practices. EMVAs assist with verification services for Fisheries New Zealand, Fisheries Compliance, and the Department of Conservation by reviewing video footage from commercial fishing vessels and annotating the activities observed.
