Electronic Technician Lead

Job Summary
Responsible for leading the test technician team in the functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic circuit boards (PCBAs).
This role focuses on executing electrical tests, identifying and resolving failures, and developing and improving repair procedures.
Additional responsibilities include device programming, technical support to production and engineering, and coordinating activities to ensure quality and efficiency in testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and provide technical support to the test technician team.
Perform and oversee functional and electrical testing of PCBAs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic failures using appropriate tools and methods.
Program electronic devices using specialized equipment (e.g., programmers, fixtures).
Develop, document, and improve repair and testing procedures.
