• Lead a team of technicians to meet the company’s technical requirements
• Ensure client issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
• Ensure all new product evaluations are carried out effectively, on schedule, and are suitable for the market
• Maintain strong technical proficiency in all Valtech products
• Continuously seek improvements in internal processes and on-site technical operations
