A technically inclined and practical individual who is process and results driven that enjoys taking electronics apart, fixing it and putting them back together.

Duties & Responsibilities

Take ownership and accountability for quality repairs of Sefeko handsets' electronics.
ASSESSMENT AND REPAIRS

• Assess handsets by using the Sefeko assessment tool to determine the status of the handset
• Identify handset faults and determine solutions
• Interpret the schematic diagram to identify where the problem is and to formulate a plan of action
• Inspect components for defects
• Test the PCB's to determine the cause of failure by using the relevant electronic test equipment
• Replace faulty TH and SMT components by means of the correct soldering techniques
• Do all repairs on handsets' electronics
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
