Electronic Trading Specialist

The Electronic Trading Specialist is a senior-level position responsible for the development and oversight of platform’s electronic trading capabilities. The main objective of this role is to grow Bank Handlowy’s low-touch business, develop new execution channels and maximize the opportunity resulting from the introduction of the new WATS trading system by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Market Citigroup’s execution capabilities, contribute to team strategy and deliver a high level of customer service
+ Supervise and develop the trading infrastructure including DMA and HFT
+ Acquire low latency clients, cement current relationships, and share existing relationships with Citi colleagues
+ Cross sell into Swaps / ETFs / PB / Derivatives etc. and offer certain client full sales trading plus trading coverage
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policy
