Electronics Application Engineer

1)Drive hardware application support, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to cellular and non-cellular wireless communication modules in customer products.
2)Provide robust, application-specific hardware design solutions, ensuring reliable performance aligned with customer use cases.
3)Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. CPM, FAE, R&D) to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer hardware issues.
4)Review and optimize customer schematics and PCB layouts using EDA tools, identifying potential risks and recommending design improvements.
5)Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug hardware issues in customer devices using structured problem-solving methodologies.
6)Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers, addressing hardware-related inquiries with clear, professional, and prompt responses.
