Electronics Technician

a) Actively participates in the daily technical meetings conducted by the CEO/authorized representative, reporting problems encountered with clients' machines and actions taken.

b) Studies the technical aspect of new equipment and continuously improves his knowledge and skills.

c) Services clients as dispatched by the Technical Head/authorized representative. Ensures that all forms are properly filled out, signed by client and submitted to assigned personnel for encoding.

d) Guides the clients in conducting simple troubleshooting over the telephone.

e) Ensures that Company resources such as tools, parts and monetary expenses are properly utilized and controlled; that tools are properly accounted for and parts not changed indiscriminately for machines under warranty. As much as possible, diagnoses properly and repairs with replacement as last option.
