Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Support investigations of non‑conformances and define preventive and corrective actions through root‑cause analysis, participating in meetings with other areas.
• Manage the training process, ensuring compliance with metric‑defined timelines and completion and minimum requirements established in the Curriculum Matrix.
• Support the document control and records management processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Support the change‑control execution process, ensuring that changes are evaluated, registered, reviewed, and approved prior to implementation.
