The Electroplater is responsible for the production of electroplated lids.


You will get the opportunity to:
+ Set up plating runs, determine proper barrel size, part load, and plate parameters to achieve the best overall balance between production efficiency and plating uniformity/quality.
+ Maintain the quality of plating, clean and rinse tanks, perform routine testing and adjust chemistry or replace bath contents as required for process control.
+ Be responsible for the safe and accurate control of precious metal inventory, existing as gold salt solution and as in-process gold plated lids, within the guidelines established by Inventory Control.
+ Maintain plating equipment at its best efficiency and keeps the facility in an orderly and clean fashion to assure optimum plating performance.
