Job Description
Ichor Systems is hiring for a technically skilled Electropolish Manager to lead and optimize our production operations with a strong focus on special processes, including electropolishing (EP), passivation, anodization, and related surface treatments. This role is responsible for ensuring process integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across all EP-related activities.
Specific Job Duties
Provide expert-level technical oversight of electropolishing, passivation, and anodization processes.
Develop, implement and optimize EP process parameters to meet product specifications and performance targets.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process deviations, defects, and equipment issues.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain robust process control systems, including SPC and FMEA documentation.
Author and maintain technical work instructions, SOPs, and process validation protocols.
