Electropolishing Technician

Overview

Support daily operation and maintenance of EP and Passivation line, ensuring consistent process quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up parts for electropolishing
• Operate and monitor EP equipment (tanks, rectifiers, filters, agitation systems)
• Check and record process parameters (voltage, current, temperature, chemical level, time)
• Handle and replenish chemical solutions under supervision
• Inspect cleanliness and surface quality after EP/passivation
• Assist in bath maintenance, filtration, and chemical top-up
• Carry out preventive maintenance and report malfunctions
• Maintain housekeeping and compliance with 5S and EHS
• Support troubleshooting and process improvement
• Label, store, and dispose of waste chemicals safely
