Our K-9 Blended programs are popular and growing, join our team and grow with us! We are expanding our grade K-9 offerings in the Vancouver area. TLA Online is seeking two teachers with experience and a passion for teaching elementary aged children in a blended (in-class and at-home) learning environment. The positions are in multi-age classrooms in grades K-9 (likely spanning two or more grades) and involve one or two days per week of classroom teaching accompanying one to four days of flexible work connecting with parents and students at home and authenticating learning taking place in the home. Our pay model is based on student numbers, so in our Blended programs, two days a week of teaching may work out to up to a 1.0 FTE position, with the non-classroom days spent working from home or any remote location.
