Elementary Core/Homeroom Teacher - Kindergarten - Grade 6

St-Laurent Academy is a dynamic and inspiring, JK to Grade 12, Private School located in Ottawa, Ontario. We are growing significantly, recently purchasing a new school space in the beautiful Rockcliffe/Lindenlea neighbourhood, and are currently accepting applications for full-time: Core/Homeroom Elementary Teachers.

Specifically, we are recruiting for an additional Grade 5 Homeroom/Core Teacher. This is a full time, full contract position that we see carrying on through, as we continue to expand, into the 2026 - 2027 year. The focus in on the Grade 5 core subjects: English Language Arts, Math & Social Studies. This role does include 1 Grade 6 Social Studies class, 2x per week.

Our classrooms are never more than 15 students and are well supported with technology and the necessary educational/pedagogical tools, as well as by the Principal and Head of Resource.
