The successful candidate

will demonstrate:A strong commitment to inclusive education, coordinating supports for diverse learners through effective planning and a collaborative, school-wide approach to student success The ability to use assessment for learning and student data to guide instruction, with knowledge of evidence-based literacy practices such as UFLI, Heggerty, Morphology and the Science of Reading considered an asset The ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, contributing to strong home–school partnerships and active involvement in school and community life.A commitment to fostering engaging, developmentally responsive learning environments that support student growth academically, socially, and emotionallyExperience in supporting school-based Inclusive Learning programming, including collaboration with teachers, families, and student support teams, would be considered an asset.
