Eletrical Quality Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender cost estimates, pricing, and submission documents

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

• Measurement and cost planning for electrical works

• Progress claims, variation orders, and cost control

• Subcontractor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation

• Project budget tracking and financial reporting

• Final account preparation and settlement

• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Electrical / M&E quantity surveying

• Ability to manage projects independently from tender to completion

• Strong contractual and commercial understanding

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong cost control mindset
