Elevator Technician

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Installation: Assemble and install new elevators, escalators, and moving walkways, connecting electrical wiring to control panels and motors.
• Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, including oiling/greasing moving parts, cleaning machinery, and checking cables and brakes.
• Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions using tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters, and repair or replace broken parts.
• Safety Compliance: Conduct safety tests to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain service logs, repair records, and report on equipment condition.
• Emergency Response: Respond to trapped passengers or broken systems, often on a 24/7 on-call basis.

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
