About the opportunity: As an Eligibility Lead at CLBC, you will be responsible for representing CLBC as the primary point of contact for service providers to support the development, evaluation, monitoring, procurement and continuous improvement of service quality to support CLBC’s Eligibility model.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring eligibility determinations, contracts and services.

Ensuring alignment with legislation, policy, and administrative fairness, identifying issues for resolution and opportunities for improvement.
