ELV Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Data centre ELV system includes facilities servers, workstations, network switch, firewall, CCTV, access control, BMS, DCIM, and related ELV devices.
• Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
• Upgrade and configure system software that supports data centre applications
• Recommends / Establishes policies on system use and services
• Develop and maintain documentation of infrastructure.
• Build and develop the overall security implementation strategy based on data centre compliance requirements
• Able to work independently to develop a new electrical design includes calculations
• Involvement in design optimization and T&C process
