1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email and live chat channels
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism
3. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a courteous and efficient manner
4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
5. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
