Email - Chat Support Specialist – Mandarin
We are looking for a dedicated Email & Chat Support Specialist (Mandarin) to provide professional and efficient customer support through written channels. This role focuses on handling customer enquiries via email and live chat, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via Email and Live Chat only (no phone calls)
- Respond promptly and professionally in Mandarin and English
