Role Summary

We're hiring an Email Designer & Developer focused on production: designing and building high-quality, mobile-first campaign emails in Klaviyo. This role does not own lifecycle strategy, segmentation, or journey planning. You'll work from briefs and copy provided by our team and turn them into polished emails that look great across devices and inboxes.

Responsibilities

• Build 12–20 campaign emails/month in Klaviyo
• Design clean, premium layouts (mobile-first typography, spacing, hierarchy)
• Create and maintain a modular template system (reusable blocks/sections)
• Use HTML/CSS for email when needed to achieve consistent layouts
• Prep and optimize images (size, compression, retina-ready)
• QA every email: links, tokens, coupons, UTMs, mobile/desktop rendering
