OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Retention Specialist to lead our lifecycle marketing efforts. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling email and retention programs that drive customer engagement, improve lifetime value (LTV), and increase repeat conversions across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage email marketing and retention strategies including onboarding, nurturing, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns
• Plan, create, and execute automated flows and broadcast campaigns (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, upsell, and loyalty sequences)
• Segment audiences based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement to improve personalization and performance
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversion rate, churn, and LTV
