to manage and scale our outbound email outreach system for international clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands email deliverability, tools, and systems, not just sending emails.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale outbound email campaigns
• Maintain strong inbox placement and sender reputation
• Handle email warm-up, inbox rotation, and domain health
• Work with tools like Zoho / webmail, Instantly, and Zerobounce
• Clean, validate, and segment lead lists
• Monitor open rates, replies, bounces, and conversions
• Coordinate with our business development team for follow-ups and reporting
