Email Marketing

Weekly Schedule:

Monday -Friday

9am-1pm Eastern Standard Time

Grow to full time based on success

Pay: 410 PHP per hour

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 1,000 PHP

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing & CRM Management
• Proven track record improving: (Open rates, Click-through rates, Conversion rates, Revenue attribution from email)
• Advanced experience in: (HubSpot, Zoho (Campaigns, CRM, Marketing Automation), General CRM architecture and automation strategy)
• Strong understanding of: (Lead lifecycle stages, Sales pipeline integration, Marketing-to-sales handoff workflows, Deliverability best practices, Segmentation logic & list hygiene)
• Experience building: (Nurture sequences, Trigger-based automations, Behavioral workflows, Re-engagement campaigns)
• Proficiency in A/B testing and performance reporting
