Email Marketing Specialist

This is a remote position. Were looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to help grow revenue through email and SMS channels (Klaviyo and Postscript). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building lifecycle campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving customer retention across multiple DTC brands. Key Responsibilities Execute email and SMS marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. Manage segmentation, campaign builds, and automated flows throughout the customer lifecycle. Analyze post-send performance (open rates, CTRs, revenue per recipient, deliverability) and apply insights to improve future campaigns. Maintain and optimize campaign calendars to ensure timely and consistent communication across brands. Personalize messaging using customer data and behavior to improve conversions and retention.
