Email Marketing Specialist CO (Remote)

We are hiring a well-rounded Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end email marketing initiatives.

This role requires someone with hands-on experience across the full email lifecycle, including campaign execution, automation, segmentation, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for both building and improving email programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with the ability to take ownership of email performance from setup to optimization.
