Email Marketing Specialist (LATAM, Remote)

GrowthAssistant is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist based in LATAM who is passionate about building high-performing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention. If you enjoy combining strategy, data, and creativity—and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment—this role is for you.

This isn’t just about sending emails. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based clients, refine lifecycle strategies, experiment with segmentation and testing, and continuously optimize performance across multiple ESPs and CRMs.
