About The Role
We are looking for a candidate to execute and optimize world-class email campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue for Mindvalley's global products.
The Email Marketing Specialist will own an end-to-end campaign setup—from audience segmentation and automation in Braze, to copy assembly, testing, scheduling, reporting, and performance optimization.
This role sits at the heart of the Marketing Engine, ensuring every Mindvalley email is flawlessly executed, data-driven, and emotionally resonant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Scheduling
Own the complete setup of all campaign emails in Braze (or equivalent ESP): uploading assets, configuring journeys, setting up delays, and QA before launch.
Create email sublists for campaigns — signups, engaged, purchased, members/non-members, and country-specific audiences — using product and lead data provided by the Email Lead or Prod...
