Email Marketing Specialist (Remote, Full-Time) — Retention, Automations + WhatsApp
Sure Leverage Funding is a proprietary trading firm that provides traders the capital and tools to succeed. We're a small, fast-moving team that cares about performance and customer experience.
This role is simple:
your #1 responsibility is increasing retention and lifetime value
using
email/SMS automations
. You'll build and optimize flows like
welcome/onboarding, abandon checkout, post-purchase, upsell, winback/reactivation, and churn prevention
, while improving segmentation, deliverability, and weekly performance through testing.
You'll also help us
build out WhatsApp systems
for
affiliate outreach, customer support workflows, and customer communications
(templates, sequences, tagging/organization, follow-up automations, and response standards).
