The Role

You own the email channel end-to-end. Newsletter, lifecycle automation, segmentation, list growth, and measurable performance improvements.

What You'll Do

• Write and send the main newsletter (weekly or fortnightly)
• Build, optimise, and maintain key sequences (onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, win-back)
• Create segmented campaigns tied to specific audiences, behaviours, and intents
• Improve list growth through lead magnets, forms, and landing pages
• Keep the list clean. Hygiene, suppression, bounce management, and deliverability best practices
• Run structured testing (subject lines, offers, content angles, send times). Track results and iterate
