Email Marketing Specialist

Overview

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you'll help plan and execute email and SMS campaigns for multiple marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns
• Set up and maintain automated flows with testing and QA
• Help create briefs and content calendars from strategy notes
• Pull and organize performance reports and flag insights
• Track deliverables and deadlines to keep projects on schedule

Tools You'll Use

• Klaviyo, Postscript/Attentive, Shopify, Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, and Figma. (Bonus if you're familiar with subscription tools like Recharge or Stay.ai.)

Requirements

• 1-3+ years in email/SMS marketing (agency or DTC brand)
• C1 English fluency or equivalent
• Experience using Klaviyo and Shopify required
