Role Overview:
Big O Soft is hiring a results-driven Email Marketer & Lead Generation Expert to manage outbound campaigns and generate high-quality leads using advanced prospecting and CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
Execute email marketing & cold outreach campaigns
Generate, qualify, and manage leads for sales teams
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Sales, , and other CRM tools
Manage email sequences, automation, and follow-ups
Optimize open rates, replies, and conversions
Maintain accurate lead data and CRM hygiene
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in email marketing & lead generation
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Sales,
Strong knowledge of cold emailing, lead scraping, and prospecting
Understanding of funnels, analytics, and A/B testing
Strong communication and copywriting skills
