Email Outreach Specialist

Role Overview:

Big O Soft is hiring a results-driven Email Marketer & Lead Generation Expert to manage outbound campaigns and generate high-quality leads using advanced prospecting and CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

• Execute
  email marketing & cold outreach campaigns
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads for sales teams
• Use
  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Sales,
  , and other CRM tools
• Manage email sequences, automation, and follow-ups
• Optimize open rates, replies, and conversions
• Maintain accurate lead data and CRM hygiene

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in
  email marketing & lead generation
• Hands-on experience with
  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Sales,
• Strong knowledge of cold emailing, lead scraping, and prospecting
• Understanding of funnels, analytics, and A/B testing
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
