Job Description:  
Basic Skills:   
Good knowledge on email protocols and network protocols  
Good understanding of threats related to email security – phishing, spam, drive by download  
Knowledge of email capabilities in cloud and Office 365  
Candidate with good knowledge on other security tools like Antivirus, Proxy, and operating system security will be an added advantage  
Good knowledge on Incident, Change and Problem Management (ITIL) process
