Email & SMS Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Email & SMS Marketing Manager to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

This role will focus on strategy, segmentation, automation, and analytics to optimize performance and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage email/SMS campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and transactional

Utilize A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to optimize campaign performance

Oversee email automation workflows, drip campaigns, and triggered messages

Build, manage and grow audience lists while ensuring data hygiene, improving deliverability and reducing unsubscribes

Content briefing collaborate with content, design and product teams to creating compelling email content

Analyze and report on performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, et...
