Role Summary

We're looking for an
SMS & Email Specialist
who is advanced in
Klaviyo
and highly confident in building
campaigns + lifecycle automations
that drive
lead generation, retention, and conversions
. You'll own execution across segmentation, personalization, testing, optimization, deliverability, and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Campaign Creation & Lead Generation

• Plan, launch, and manage
  email + SMS campaigns
  that drive lead acquisition and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on
  messaging strategy, creative assets, and promotional calendars
  .
• Build targeted campaigns with strong
  audience segmentation and personalization
  .
• Write high-performing
  conversion-focused copy
  aligned with brand tone and customer intent.
• Use
  UTM tracking
  and basic GA4 awareness to help evaluate campaign performance (where applicable).
