Job Summary:
The Customer Support Representative provides high-quality assistance to customers regarding Durable Medical Equipment orders and services. This role primarily handles customer inquiries via email (approximately 90%) with limited phone support (approximately 10%). The position focuses on resolving issues related to returns, damaged products, and delivery concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
