QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of experience in customer support for an online product
Good technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
At least 2 years of experience using Zendesk or a similar tool for email and chat support
Proficient in written and verbal English communication
A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to empathize with users and create a positive user experience
With an upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
Open-minded and prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills
Willing to work in Makati
