**Job Overview**

The **eMaint Business Development Representative (BDR)** plays a key role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This position requires a high level of professionalism and persistence to build relationships with potential prospects through phone, email, and social media outreach. The BDR is responsible for generating and managing qualified leads for Account Executives, meeting or exceeding lead generation goals, and supporting the sales pipeline. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, this role involves extensive research, proactive outreach, and close collaboration with the sales team.
