EMBA Academic Affairs Manager

I. Basic Functions:

The EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) Academic Affairs Manager, reporting directly to the Program Director, is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of the EMBA program, encompassing both international residency requirements and local student experiences. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong program management skills, a keen understanding of executive education, and expertise in international and local collaboration. II. Minimum Requirements:

Mater's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in program management, or evidence of transferrable skills including international and local program components.

Strong negotiation, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with international universities, students, faculty, and diverse local stakeholders.
