Embedded System Engineer

We are Syncro, a new and fast-growing embedded systems and IoT firmware agency, delivering scalable solutions to global clients. We're building a skilled team to help us deliver high-performance firmware for custom IoT devices across industries.
We're currently looking for talented individuals with strong embedded programming and computer skills to join our team.
Role Requirements:Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of C/C++ for microcontrollers
Experience with Arduino, STM32, or ESP32
Basic knowledge of sensors, serial communication, and protocols (UART, SPI, I2C)
Bonus: Familiarity with BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, MQTT
Soft Skills:
Good English communication
Ability to research and learn independently
Problem-solving mindset and teamwork
Location:
Preferably onsite in Abbottabad for the initial 2.5–3.5 months of training
