Embedded Systems

I am looking for a strong embedded systems engineer who can handle both firmware development and PCB design for real world, production oriented projects.
This is backend execution work only. You will not interact with clients. All work is done under fixed scope, fixed budget, and strict timelines.
Responsibilities
Embedded / Firmware
Develop firmware in C / C++
Work with multiple MCU platforms (ESP32, STM32, nRF52, AVR, RP2040, etc.)
Implement and manage:
GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, PWM
Sensors (IMU, current, temperature, flow, etc.)
Use RTOS concepts (FreeRTOS or equivalent)
Debug real hardware issues:
Brownouts
Watchdogs
Timing and power problems
PCB / Hardware
Schematic capture from requirements
2–4 layer PCB layout (Altium or KiCad)
Proper:
Decoupling
Grounding
EMI-aware layout
Generate manufacturing files:
Gerbers
BOM
Pick & Place (when required)
