Embedded Trainer

The Managed Service program provides our client with a full-time, embedded team member responsible for delivering high‑quality simulator training and driving the implementation of new training technologies provided by Immersive Technologies (IMMT). This role is essential to de-risking integration of new technologies, enhancing operator performance and supporting ongoing business improvement initiatives.

In addition to conducting simulator‑based training, the Specialist will gather and analyze relevant project data, assisting the assigned Business Improvement Advisor with the development, documentation, and communication of detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
