HIRING IN KARACHI | EMBROIDERY DIGITIZER (E-3 LEVEL)
We're expanding our digitizing team and looking for an experienced Embroidery Digitizer with E-3 level expertise who can deliver production-ready, error-free stitch files with consistency and precision.
If you have hands-on mastery of Wilcom and can confidently convert complex artwork into optimized embroidery files, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Convert intricate artwork (photo stitch, gradients, fine details) into clean production files
Independently audit and optimize stitch structures to reduce machine errors
Execute advanced techniques: complex fills, 3D foam, appliqué
Maintain high accuracy, speed, and quality standards
Develop digitizing workflows and guide junior digitizers
Requirements
Strong command of Wilcom or equivalent D3-level software
Proven E-3 level digitizing experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Shift: Rotational (Day / Night)
