to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience converting artwork into high-quality embroidery files while maintaining precision, stitch quality, and production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Digitize logos, text, and artwork for embroidery machines
• Create clean, production-ready files with minimal thread breaks
• Adjust stitch types, density, underlay, and pull compensation
• Ensure designs meet quality standards for different fabrics
• Revise and optimize designs based on feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer
• Proficiency in digitizing software (Wilcom, Hatch, Pulse, etc.)
• Strong understanding of stitch structures and embroidery techniques
