Responsibilities

• Perform core ART laboratory procedures , including andrology and embryology tasks, in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Demonstrate strong operational knowledge of IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, oocyte handling, semen analysis , and related lab procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to support safe, accurate, and efficient laboratory operations.
• Identify potential risks within the IVF laboratory environment and execute appropriate corrective or preventive actions.
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, traceability, and compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain laboratory equipment by performing routine checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting where necessary.
• Assist senior embryologists/lead embryologist with complex cases, lab inquiries, and protocol improvements.
